Your final quote is fixed once we’ve confirmed the model, layout, upgrades, delivery and site. Popular upgrades include a front terrace and deck, decorative outside cladding, underfloor insulation, a gable roof, and an optional solar and battery package sized to suit. We only quote the upgrades that fit your model and how you’ll use the home.
What comes with the home
Each home arrives ready to live in: pre-wired, pre-plumbed, insulated, with the kitchen and bathroom fitted, and delivered NZ-wide with transit insurance included the whole way to site.
✔ Heat-recovery ventilation — standard on all our homes except The Cabin
Fresh air is drawn from outside through an F7 filter, a ceramic energy core recovers heat from the outgoing air, and a CO₂ sensor boosts fresh air when a room gets stuffy. It helps reduce condensation, moisture and damp — worth having through a Marlborough winter. An optional PIR insulated panel upgrade, tested in New Zealand to an R-value of 2.72, is available if you want to go further.

What’s on your side
Site preparation, the piles, connecting the services, and the local builder or LBP who sets the home on the piles and connects it are your side. We supply the home finished and deliver it onto the piles, and we send the drawings and guidance your builder needs. We supply and deliver; we don’t build, install or construct on site.
