What’s included
Every 40ft home is delivered with reinforced doors, double-glazed windows, a full kitchen and bathroom, PVC flooring, and electrical installed to NZ standards (SDoC provided where applicable). Delivery is quoted to your site with transit insurance included.

- Polyurethane insulation — R 3.13 m²·K/W
- Polyisocyanurate insulation — R 3.26 m²·K/W
Upgrades
Underfloor insulation, wall-panel upgrades, a gable roof and a 2m front deck are available — we confirm each option and its cost in your fixed quote.
Optional off-grid solar
Pair your home with an off-grid solar package (incl. GST): 5kW + 10kWh battery $14,999, or 3.5kW + 10kWh battery $12,499. A home is off-grid capable when the system is sized to your appliances, daily usage, site conditions and backup requirements.
