Council requirements vary by site and by council. Check with your local council on what’s needed for your site and send us their requirements — we’ll tell you what we can and can’t do before you commit to anything.
What’s included in the base price?

How long does delivery take?
Lead time is confirmed in your quote, once your specification is locked in and your deposit is received.
Can I customise the layout and finishes?
Yes — we work with you on the layout, materials and finishes. Changes after deposit may incur extra cost and time.
Can this home run off-grid?
Yes — select a solar and battery package at the time of quoting. Final system sizing depends on your appliances, daily usage, site conditions and backup requirements.
